Job PURPOSE:-

Creation and management of in-house and outreach opportunities in IT Training and Development. Engaging with clients, responding to their needs and claiming responsibility of the entire process.

Areas of RESPONSIBILITY: In house and outreach training program

1. Identifying new business leads: When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential markets. Being good with numbers is essential to monitor financial aspects.

2. Pitching for services: Contacting potential clients via phone or email to establish rapport and set up communication. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers: To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. Documentation is also a big part of the work. Business development professionals are also obligated to write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.

Required CREDENTIALS:-

1. Qualification:

>Formal qualification in B.C.A, B.B.A and B.E

2. Knowledge:

>Understanding of IT Technologies and current developments.

>Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Apps to maintain and monitor regular work.

3. Experience:

>Involvement in event/fest or any co curricular activity at College/University level.

>Working as part of a team.

4. Qualities:

>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

>The ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with all staff and clients.

>Sound planning and organizational capabilities.

>Punctual, reliable and flexible.

>The ability to work under pressure.

>A practical and problem solving outlook when completing tasks.
